I know the muffin man and the muffins like me. Ha ha, just kidding! I really like these muffins and if you’re doing weight watchers one is 2 points! I recently purchased a huge bag of ground flax seed from Swanson Vitamins and added a teaspoon of it to this recipe. Ground flax seed is cheaper here than at my regular grocery store. Where I go a bag of ground flax seed costs almost $8.00. The flax seed that isn’t ground was less expensive if you bought it in bulk, but I just got tired of the flax seeds making a mess all over my kitchen when I tried to grind them. Yes, that did happen a couple of times. We had to use a funnel in order to get the flax seeds to grind or else the blender would just keep on spinning them around around. It looked like there were ants all over the kitchen floor!

i loved these!! except for the part where i undercooked them! hee hee. . don’t ask, too embarrassing! jsyk, even with my mess up i still liked them
Made these wonderful muffins today and they were delicious! I think I’ll be making more of these
