Last night, we found out that, the offer we put in a house for was accepted! We get to move out at the end of May, and what fun will that be? I’m not looking forward to seeing somebody move (probably my fiance) that huge 58 inch tv down the stairs and into our new place. That elliptical is going to be a pain in the butt too.

In honor of that, I made these. I was craving cake, but saw on the back of the cake box that you could make cookies too. This cookie tastes almost like a cake, but I think its more like a cross between a cake and a cookie.  Therefor, I will make up my own words like Rachel Ray does  and call it a Cakie. Ha ha ha, whatever! Just watch, my made up words will be famous some day like hers. I want to try different cake mixes with this now.
