This BBQ sauce was great and it wasn’t too spicy at all. I’ve never had any kind of Jerk spice or sauce before and really enjoyed it. I almost feel like going to Jamaica right now! Wouldn’t that be nice? Oh well, the weather has been lovely here anyway. I love grilling in the summer, we are looking forward to grilling with a charcoal grill outside soon. Right now we just have a small little gas grill cause our apartment building only allows those. We served this with grilled potato and onions. Vidalia onions are so sweet and taste great with potatoes!

When I was cutting up my chili peppers, it was fine. Didn’t get that strong smell or anything until I threw them in the hot pan with the onions. Holy cow, I thought I was going to choke to death just from that! The smell was so strong. I didn’t have any jalapeno peppers and Serrano peppers instead.
