Welcome to my first blog post ever, brought to you from our new house! This has been a very exciting evening for us. We got our washer and dryer hooked up, the Internet, and I guess my blog post counts huh?

We actually had these burgers  for dinner on Monday night with some baked french fries.  I was surprised how good these were. The only thing that I would change would be is to add some more spice to the burgers. My fiancee doesn’t like Cilantro, so I only added it to three of the burgers. I didn’t think the Cilantro added much flavor.  This was a very cheap meal to make too and I stocked up on some black beans cause they were on sale.

Cool idea of using Pitas instead of buns! Probably much healthier.

  2. jgisvold says:

No pitas here, just an Arnold’s sandwich thin. :)

I’ve been meaning to try those!

They’re ok. I’d add a lot of seasoning to them next time.
