Sorry, if this is the first post people are seeing on their mailing list. Finally got that set up for people. My mailing list is supposed to go out on Monday mornings at 8am. If you’re wondering where a recipe post is, I apologize. Instead you’re going to see some jets for the first time. LOL.
I think on Sundays, I’m just going to have a whatever post. It will be about photography, photography tips, stuff I like at the current moment, tips for bloggers, etc… I just get tired of taking pics of food all the time and blogging about food
I love photography and I’ll try to photograph just about anything I can. I love scenic photography, pet photography, night time photography, action photography… etc.
This weekend, I got the chance to photograph the US Navy Blue Angels. Don’t know what they are? They’re really kick ass jets that fly at 600 mph and do stunts in the air. They will get so close to each other and make these formations really close in the air. Can you imagine being up in the air at 600mph being super close to other jets? They will come to Fargo every other year and you know when they’re here, because of the sound they make. Yep, that’s the Blue Angels. They’re so fun to watch. A photography friend and I went to the park to take some pics of them on Sunday and here’s what we saw.
See what I mean about getting really close?
I learned about a camera setting this weekend called AF-C continuous mode. Also known as servo mode on Canon cameras. You can set the focus so that you can continuously take pictures of a fast moving object in the air.
