I never feel like cooking at night’s anymore because everything I LOVE has some type of dairy in it and my favorite dairy product of all is cheese! I find myself going out to some place near by where I know I can get a burger without any cheese on it or go over to Subway and get a sandwich without any cheese. Today, I went to the cafeteria at work and ordered an egg and sausage sandwich with no cheese on it. It took me almost 15 minutes to get my sandwich, which was pretty much my morning break. I watched the lady making it, get mad, because she had accidenlty put cheese on my order and throw the sandwich away really hard into the dumpster. I felt bad for her. She doesn’t know how much I wish I COULD have that cheesy breakfast sandwich.
About two weeks ago, I was put on a no dairy diet. I’ve been sticking pretty well to it until last night when I got sick and wanted chicken noodle soup. Went to the grocery store to get some of those delicious frozen egg noodles and some rotisserie chicken. This soup comes together in literally 10 minutes and it calls for cream of chicken soup. Oops! Little did I know, two hours later I’d be experiencing tummy pains from that. Sigh.
My favorite meal to make is my Dad’s chicken cheese hotdish. I’ll make the whole entire casserole and make sure there is plenty of melted gooey cheese on top. Man, do I really miss pizza too. Why does everything that is so good have to have freaking cheese on it?! In the mean time, you can just drool over all these cheesy goodness food on Pinterest.
