When I used to store leftovers in the fridge, I would just keep the same pot I would cook with and place that back in the fridge. I used either casserole dishes or my big dutch oven and that would take up way too much space in the fridge. Now, I use Reynolds™ Disposable Heat & Eat containers. For only 2.98 you can pick up a package of 8 or 10 of them up at Wal-Mart. Click the link above for some free coupons. They are found in the aisle with aluminum foil and parchment paper. I like the storage containers with 10 of them, since most people work 5 days a week and that would last up to 2 weeks.
I like to meal prep on Sundays and from now on, I will make sure to use these containers to reheat all my food in. I reheated my leftover lasagna soup that I made the other day ago with the containers. The container doesn’t get too hot in the microwave and it’s easy to handle and pick up when reheating leftovers, and did I mention they are made with plant fibers? No need to take your plastic tupperware container home every day from work and clean those anymore!
Pick up these Reynolds™ Disposable Heat & Eat Containers at your local Walmart today. You can find them in the food storage aisle by the Reynolds Wrap!
