I’ve been back on Instagram lately. It’s a nice break from Facebook and all the stupid political posts. I was looking at all the different Weight Watcher Instagram accounts and all the food people were creating. They’re pretty impressive. This banana split recipe idea came to me while surfing through Instagram.
Here is the break down
1 banana (0 sp)
1 container of Strawberry Simply 100 Chobani Yogurt (3 sp)
2 tablespoons of Reddi Wip topping ( 1 sp)
1 tablespoon of Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup ( 0)
1 tablespoon of PB2, melted (1)
1 tsp of rainbow sprinkles ( 0 sp)
This whole banana split comes to 5 SP total. Pretty crazy isn’t it? I was also impressed with all the fruit people were eating.
Be on the look for some healthy snack ideas.
- Split banana in half length wise with the skin on. Take out the bananas and put them on a plate. Scoop out container of yogurt. Top Reddi Wip and sprinkles. Light drizzle some peanut butter and sugar free chocolate syrup on top.
