Description

Air Fryer Chocolate Cake - You'll never want to cook a cake in your oven again! The air fryer is great for cooking individual-sized cakes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Additional Toppings - chocolate chips, Cool Whip, Ice Cream, or Chocolate Syrup.

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mug and stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  4. Pour the cake batter into the mug, filling it about 3/4 of the way full.
  5. Place the mug in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool for a few minutes before enjoying it straight from the mug or removing it from the mug and serving it on a plate.
