How to make Lefse

Ingredients
  • 7 cups of potatoes
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of flour
Instructions
  1. Boil peeled potatoes.
  2. Drain and rice.
  3. Add cream, butter, sugar, and salt.
  4. Cool potato mix.
  5. When chilled add 2 cups of flour.
  6. Roll into balls the size you want to for frying.
  7. Keep balls chilled before frying.
