Creamy Tomato and Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 lbs of shrimp
  • 1 cup of tomatoes
  • ½ cup green onion
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • ½ cup of parsley
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ pound of rotini pasta
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in pot.
  2. Bring some water to a boil, and cook the pasta for 7 minutes.
  3. Add Shrimp and stir.
  4. Add tomatoes, parsley, green onions, and chili powder
  5. Stir.
  6. Add milk and pasta .
  7. Let simmer.
  8. Take the pot off the stove and let the pasta sit for 5 minutes. Sauce will become thick and creamy.
