I’ve been obsessed with cottage cheese lately. It’s low in carbs and I love to eat it for breakfast with some hard boiled eggs. Keeps you really full for quite some time. I’ve recently discovered that fruit and basically any type of nuts are good on top of cottage cheese. Top some cottage cheese with some blueberries. For this breakfast bowl, I topped the cottage cheese with sunflower seeds, raspberries, a little bit of chocolate chips, and a drizzle of honey. Super healthy breakfast.
I wouldn’t even consider this a recipe, just an idea for breakfast in the morning. 🙂 Have fun! I am counting calories and not Points Plus these days, but I added in the nutrition info anyway for you. Enjoy.
