For Thanksgiving this year, I made a Harvest Punch and brought it to my aunts on Thursday morning. Everyone really liked it and the drink had apple cider, Prosecco, ginger beer, and a little bit vodka. Vanilla vodka tasted really great with all the rest of the beverages in there. I’m not really a fan of regular Mimosas with orange juice but I do like other types of fruity beverages mixed with Prosecco. That’s why I like this Cranberry Mimosa so much. You need a festive Holiday beverage this year well this is your answer. Just give the host a bottle of Prosecco and bring some cranberry juice.
I’m feeling a bit better today and yesterday I slept for 12 hours. Sometimes it just helps to sleep when you’re sick and right now I can’t really taste anything but I guarantee you if you’re sick of regular old orange juice in Mimosas try something else like Pomegranate juice or Cranberry juice. The weather is supposed to get pretty bad tomorrow and one nice thing about working from home is not having to deal with any of that non sense.
