Description

You are going to love these grilled shrimp kabobs. They are brushed with honey and garlic and served with pineapple! Are you getting tired of grilling yet? I'm not. I'm going to continue grilling up until it starts snowing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb of deveined shrimp, skin removed
  • 1 pineapple, cut into small chunks
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1/8 tsp of crushed red pepper
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • 8 bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together the honey, garlic, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper. Let the shrimp marinate in the marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Cut the pineapple into chunks about the same size as your shrimp.
  3. Place a shrimp on the kebob stick and then a chunk of pineapple. Alternate shrimp and pineapple until the kebob stick is full. Once my grill was heated up and ready, I set my kebobs on one side and let them cook for 4 minutes at the highest temp my grill would go.
  4. After grilling is done, squeeze fresh lime juice over the kebobs.
