Bacon Crackers are an easy 3 ingredient appetizer to make, you’ll have them ready for a party in time!
These bacon crackers. Buttery crackers with caramelized brown sugar bacon on top. How can you not go wrong? How can you not make these lighter, believe me I tried. There’s no possible way to make something like this lighter. You just have to enjoy yourself every now and then and get back on track. 🙂
They’re pretty easy to make too. Lay out some buttered crackers on a baking sheet. I used Keebler. Then lay some thinly sliced bacon on top and sprinkle on some brown sugar. - 6 Keebler Crackers
- 2 slices of bacon, cut in half
- 6 tsp of brown sugar
- Heat the oven to 350°F. Place crackers end to end on a wire rack set into a rimmed cookie sheet.Slice the bacon into thirds. Place a sliver of the cut bacon lengthwise on each cracker, Sprinkle 1 tsp brown sugar onto the bacon topped crackers.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bacon becomes nice and crispy.
