7 Layer Dip

7 layer dip   – is a super healthy snack with lots of zero point ingredients. You can eat it as a snack or even for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

1/4 cup of fat free refried beans

1/4 cup of plain Greek Yogurt

2 tsp of homemade Seasoning

1 oz of reduced fat cheddar

2 tablespoons of pico de Gallo (see my recipe below) 

1/4 cup of chopped romaine lettuce

1 scallion diced

Instructions

  1. Spread 1/4 of the beans on to a small plate.
  2. Mix together the Greek yogurt and taco seasoning in a bowl. Spread that on to the top of the beans.
  3. Top with cheese, romaine, pico de Gallo and scallions.
  4. Recipe for pico de gallo: 4 roma tomatoes (diced), 1 small onion (diced), 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro, ½ green bell pepper, juice of 1 lime. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
