Black Bean Brownies

I don't know what to think of these brownies. Even though they're loaded with fiber and protein and better for you than a normal brownie is... I just don't know. The texture tasted and felt like brownies and all you taste is the chocolate part. I like the crunchy top part of it, but the   inside just seems like a cake to me. These might be going to the birds.

Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (15 oz)
1 can (15 oz) black beans


Instructions

Open the can of black beans, rinse well. With beans back in the can, add enough water to cover beans. Put in blender or food processor and puree. Add puree to brownie mix, and then bake according to package directions.

    buy to the low point birds. a regular brownie is usually 5 points and these would be only 2.
