These protein pancakes are loaded with 34 grams of protein and are made on an outdoor griddle or flat top. Top them off with some maple syrup or fresh fruit.

Been making these protein pancakes with blended cottage cheese for a while now and I'm finally sharing them on this blog. They are super fun to make outdoors as well on a Blackstone Griddle or Ninja Woodfire Grill.

I just recently purchased a Ninja Woodfire Grill that has 5 different settings. It's perfect for a family of two. If you're a larger family make this on a Black Stone Griddle instead.

    Recipe FAQs

How do you keep pancakes from sticking on a Blackstone?

First you need to season and clean your Bllackstone every time you use it. Then you can use either butter, olive oil, or a Cooking spray before adding the pancake to the griddle.

Should I spray a Blackstone with cooking spray?

This is a personal preference. Use whatever type of oil, spray, or butter you like.
