These protein pancakes are loaded with 34 grams of protein and are made on an outdoor griddle or flat top. Top them off with some maple syrup or fresh fruit.
1/3 cup of Birch Blenders Pancake Mix or any protein pancake mix
1/2 cup of cottage cheese, blended
1/3 cup egg whites
Add the cottage cheese to a blender. Blend well until it’s very smooth.
Then add the pancake mix, egg whites, and egg. Blend again until well combine.
Preheat a Blackstone or griddle on medium-high heat.
Add the batter to the griddle 3 at a time. Add the batter to the griddle 3 at a time. Cook the pancakes 2 to 3 minutes per side and flip after the tops become bubbly.
Enjoy with a sugar-free maple syrup and mixed berries on the top.
You can do this also on a Ninja Wood Fire Grill. Use the griddle plate attachment for this grill. Set the grill setting to high heat and the timer for about 15 minutes. It will take about 20 minutes to cook all the pancakes on the griddle.
