Browned Butter Shrimp Scampi 006

Browning your butter adds another layer of flavor to your shrimp scampi and when people ask what the recipe is you’ll sound fancy saying the “browned butter.” They will want the recipe. Browned butter is regular butter that has been cooked a little bit longer. It will turn an amber color kind of like caramel and will make your butter taste nutty.
