If you love Candy Corn you will love these blondies! The blondies are chewy and moist from the peanut butter, plus they are easy to make.

Blondies or Brownies? Which side are you on? I like both because for certain reasons. Add whatever you like to them and they will taste good no matter what!

Recipe Tips and Tricks

For the peanut butter, you can also use peanut butter with nuts in them. Salty nuts and candy corn are a great combo together!

I have not tried these candy corn blondies with any other types of nut butter.

Another option for Candy Corn is to use the white chocolate candy corn M&M’s. They taste exactly like Candy Corn and I originally used them when I first shared this recipe.

How to make Candy Corn Blondies

See the full recipe below.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together ¾ cup of butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla and 6 tablespoons peanut butter. Blend in the sifted ingredients and stir in the chocolate chips. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before frosting.
