Caramel Bacon Buns

  • 1-7.5 oz. can of Pillsbury Biscuits (10 ct.)
  • 1/2  lb of crisp and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup of sugar free caramel sauce 1 mini muffin tin cup


  1. Microwave or cook bacon according to package directions. When the bacon has cooled chop it into bite size pieces.
  2. Spray the muffin tin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Divide the chopped bacon evenly into each muffin tin cup. Then add the caramel sauce over the bacon. About two tablespoons for each cup.
  4. Place the canned biscuit dough on top of the bacon and caramel sauce.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. 
  6. Use a fork or knife to get the buns out of the pan or flip the cupcake pan over onto a cutting board. The buns should fall right out when lifting the pan up.
  7. Serving Size: 1 caramel bun
