Cranberry Brie Tarts

8 mini phyllo tart shells 

8 pieces of brie (about the size of teaspoon)

8 teaspoons of canned cranberry sauce

8 pecan slices

2 tsp of honey for drizzling

2 scallions, chopped


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the phyllo tart shells in a mini cupcake muffin tin pan. 

Cut the brie into teaspoon size pieces and place the brie in the middle of the tart shell. 

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the brie is melted. 

Remove the brie from the oven and garnish with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. 

Garnish the brie with a pecan, drizzled honey, and chopped scallions.
