Description

Cranberry brie tart is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any holiday gathering or dinner party. The combination of creamy brie cheese and sweet-tart cranberry sauce is sure to be a hit with your guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 mini phyllo tart shells 
  • 8 pieces of brie (about the size of teaspoon)
  • 8 teaspoons of canned cranberry sauce
  • 8 pecan slices
  • 2 tsp of honey for drizzling
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the phyllo tart shells in a mini cupcake muffin tin pan. 
  2. Cut the brie into teaspoon size pieces and place the brie in the middle of the tart shell. 
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the brie is melted. 
  4. Remove the brie from the oven and garnish with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. 
  5. Garnish the brie with a pecan, drizzled honey, and chopped scallions.
