- 8 mini phyllo tart shells
- 8 pieces of brie (about the size of teaspoon)
- 8 teaspoons of canned cranberry sauce
- 8 pecan slices
- 2 tsp of honey for drizzling
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the phyllo tart shells in a mini cupcake muffin tin pan.
- Cut the brie into teaspoon size pieces and place the brie in the middle of the tart shell.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the brie is melted.
- Remove the brie from the oven and garnish with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Garnish the brie with a pecan, drizzled honey, and chopped scallions.
