Description

 You probably have everything you need to make hot chocolate in your pantry already. Making hot chocolate only requires 3 easy ingredients you probably already have at home. Milk, sugar or sweetener of choice, and cocoa powder. T


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar or 1 sweetener packet such as Splenda 

  • Sugar-free flavored syrups of choice - optional 

  • Marshmallows - optional


Instructions

  1. Add the sugar and cocoa powder to a mug and stir to combine.

  2. Add milk to a small saucepan and place on the stovetop over medium heat. 

  3. When the milk is at a temperature or heat that you like ladle the milk into the mug with the cocoa powder and sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. 

  4. Add marshmallows on top if you like.
