Easy Cherry Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup cherries, pitted

2 tsp sugar 

1 tsp fresh lemon juice 

1 pinch of salt 

2 tablespoons of ready to eat low fat granola 

2 tsp of lite whipped topping


Instructions

  1. In a small microwavable bowl, toss cherries with sugar, lemon juice, almond extract and salt; cover and microwave until cherries get juicy. Sprinkle with granola and whipped topping.

  2. Makes 1 serving.
