Weight Watchers Recipes | English muffin pizzas

Do you like my new plate in this picture? I got it at Pier 1 in the discount section, along with 2 other different plates there as well. My dish set is even at that store, and believe it or not, they don't  have a registry for people getting married. That bummed me out. The dish set comes in 4 different colors: red, green, orange, and beige. There probably won't be any dish sets going on what every registry we pick out, and hopefully we can still get them by the time our wedding is gone. 🙂

These are mini English muffin pizzas. You just do what you would for making a larger size pizza. Put some pizza sauce on it, cheese, and whatever toppings you like. I baked mine in the oven at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. My favorite pizza to get is Hawaiian: Canadian bacon and pineapple. These would be fun for kids to make, I think.  Ina was making a chocolate cake with coffee in it. Ew. She's says the coffee enhances the chocolate in the cake, and we've tried it before. Well, it doesn't! You can definitely taste the coffee flavor in it if you aren't a fan. What kind of kids these days like chocolate in their cake?  Or even a white pizza with arugula? Maybe kids have more sophisticated palates these days who knows....

We did however, go to to Pizza Luce for the first time recently and they have a pizza there called the BAER. It had Canadian bacon, Italian sausage (homemade), pepperoni and chicken. It was so good and might even top my favorite pizza. Too bad those stores are only located in Minnesota. 🙁
