Description

Deviled eggs are the quintessential party food and perfect for Holidays, parties, or Easter. My deviled egg recipe is really simple and uses chopped dill pickles and pickle juice to help flavor the eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs, hard boiled
  • ¼ cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 dill pickle spear, chopped
  • 2 tsp of dill pickle juice
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the egg yolk and add that to a bowl with the mayonnaise, chopped pickles, and pickle juice. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the egg and mayonnaise mixture to a piping bag. Seal the bag shut and pipe the egg mixture on top of the eggs where the egg yolk used to be. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of the eggs. (as much as you like)

Notes

This recipe calls for already made hard boiled eggs. If you have an air fryer, check out my method for cooking eggs in your air fryer. Recipe is listed in the Other Egg Recipes section of this post.
