Disclosure: I received a free FoodSaver FM500 in exchange for a review.

    Festive Cranberry Mojitos

Awhile ago, I got a FoodSaver to help preserve some produce. I have a garden in my backyard where I like to grow a number of vegetables and herbs. FoodSavers are great for gardeners and if you're a gardener like me you should ask for a FoodSaver this year for Christmas! The next time you harvest your crops, you will be quite happy! I used to can all my vegetables that I grew in my garden and now I just freeze them. I used to use freezer bags, but freezer bags aren't very helpful with getting all the air out of the bags to help preserve the produce. I found myself having to reopen the bag in order to let out all the air. With Food Savers, the product just does that right for you!

This is what the mint looked like after sealing. Ready for drinks later on during the Winter.

And this is what it looks like now, a month later!

Still looks like I picked it about a month ago. And guess what, it is still growing in my backyard! The weather has been above 30 so far this Winter. Pretty Crazy.

This Cranberry Mojito will keep you all warm and fuzzy this Winter!
