Grilled Lobster Tails

Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter - smoky delicious lobster tails topped with garlic butter. Lobster tails have never tasted so good before!

This week I've been grilling and using my smoker a lot and I think it's become a new hobby. I have a Traeger and it's a smoker and grill combined. LOVE IT. Smoking is usually done at low temperatures around 200 degrees and to use the grill you turn the heat up to 400.  I'm part of this Traeger Nation group on facebook and it's for people who love to smoke and love their Traeger grill. They're all pretty helpful on there and they helped me figure out why my smoker was just letting out a ton of smoke to begin with. Well, stupid me turned it all the way to high right away and you're supposed to turn it to smoke setting and let it sit there and warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before turning it high. Oopsy. Least I have that figured out now right?

After my little smoking fiasco was figured out I grilled up a lot of food. My shrimp boil packets, corn on the cob, and some lobster tails. Lobster tails are so delicious cooked on the grill! I topped off my grilled lobster tails with that famous garlic butter I made from a previous lobster tail recipe. Remember the baked lobster tails? Yep. That garlic butter can go on anything pretty much! Keep on checking back for more great grilling recipes. I'll be smoking and grilling all Summer long!
