Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lobster tails
- For Garlic Butter
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Grill lobsters cut side down over medium high heat about 5 minutes, until the shells are bright in color. Turn the tails over and spoon a generous tablespoon of herbed butter onto the butterflied meat. Grill for another 4 minutes, or until the lobster meat is an opaque white color. Spread with garlic butter mixture before serving and sprinkle some fresh cut parsley on top.
