This is probably one of the easiest summer treats to make and they require no baking at all! This is almost as easy as the oreo cool whip dessert. Just tossing two ingredients together into a bowl. I find that it helps to set the sandwiches out for a bit before serving, because if you try to eat them right out of the freezer, you may be visiting the dentist soon. The dentist is not a fun place to visit either, from my experience. You could use different fruits or maybe mix some Nutella in with the cool whip and STILL have the strawberries. The possibilities are endless. Anyways... the Sandwich King would be proud.
Have any of you been watching the Next Food Network star? I don't like any one of them and I think they need to bring Paula Deen back!

In a bowl mix together the diced strawberries and cool whip. Place about two tablespoons of the cool whip and strawberry mixture on a graham cracker.
Then top the strawberry and cool whip layer with another graham cracker. Place the sandwiches in the freezer until they're ready. Take out a few minutes before serving. They are kind of hard to eat if you don't take them out first.
