Healthy Banana Splits – These banana splits are topped with protein packed Greek yogurt, whipped topping, and drizzle with some peanut butter and chocolate. Add in some extra fruit here and there and you can eat this for breakfast!
1 container of plain unsweetened Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons of Instant Vanilla Pudding or chocolate pudding
2 tablespoons of Reddi Wip Fat Free topping
2 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup
2 tablespoon of PB2, melted
1 tsp of rainbow sprinkles
- Split the banana in half lengthwise with the skin on.
- Take out the bananas and put them on a plate.
- Combine the container of yogurt with dry instant vanilla pudding mix and empty the container out onto the center of the banana.
- Top with Reddi Wip and sprinkles. Lightly drizzle some peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate syrup on top.
