Making your own pumpkin pie spice at home is easy and you probably already have all the spices in your pantry. Pumpkin Pie Spice has cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, cloves, and allspice. There are a lot of different variations on the interwebs. You could make and double the recipe, then put it into cute little mason jars and wrap some twine around it. Give it away as gifts this Fall. People will think you’re some kind of Martha Stewart.
The smell of pumpkin pie spice is amazing. I always love going to bath and Body Works and smelling all the new Fall flavored scents. I’ve got a pumpkin pie candle going as I’m sitting here on my laptop watching Breaking Dawn Part 1 right now. Yep, that is the life. Oh yah, and thanks to my Mom for loaning me the kitchen twine. I’ll have to pick up some of that at the craft store, because it’s fun to wrap around cute little things like that.Print
