  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 medium banana

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
