Have you seen those 2 layered smoothies before?    I present to you double smoothie bowls!

I love my ninja blender and it blends fruit and makes shakes very thick. The hard part is remembering to clean the blender right away after you use it, cause it's a pain in the rear to clean a blender if you've let the blender sitting on the counter top for awhile.

The mango layer is frozen mangos (0sp) and sugar free coconut water. This layer was my favorite because there's just something about frozen mangos and coconut water blended together that makes me think about being on a tropical island. At Target they had large bags of frozen mixed berries. I combined the berries (0 sp) with some unsweetened almond milk and protein powder.  So delicious! The garnishes are kiwi (0pts), unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds, and a little bit of frozen berries. Don't you just love the colors of this smoothie bowl? So beautiful and delicious!

    Instructions
