Description

Easy 4 Ingredient Mango Popsicles and there's a secret ingredient inside to give it some SouthWest flavor! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of frozen mangos (defrosted) 
  • Juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 tsp of chili powder (optional) 
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine defrosted mangos in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. 
  2. Add in lime juice, chili powder, and sugar and continue blending until everything is incorporated.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds. 
  4. Add a popsicle stick to the center of ice pop and freeze for up to 4 hours.
  5. Serving size: 1 popsicle
