Easy 4 Ingredient Mango Popsicles and there's a secret ingredient inside to give it some SouthWest flavor!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups of frozen mangos (defrosted)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp of chili powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Instructions
- Combine defrosted mangos in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Add in lime juice, chili powder, and sugar and continue blending until everything is incorporated.
- Pour into ice pop molds.
- Add a popsicle stick to the center of ice pop and freeze for up to 4 hours.
- Serving size: 1 popsicle
