myWW Purple Zero Point Food List

Published: Nov 19, 2019 by Jenna · This post may contain affiliate links · 1 Comment

Here you will find a complete list of zero-point foods on the Purple plan for myWW. The foods listed are in alphabetical order. It includes 300 zero point foods. You can base meals around these zero point food items. Pick your zero point protein, Add some vegetables, kick it up a notch with some spices, and include some fats.

I love how the Purple Plan has potatoes and whole-grain pasta listed as a zero point food. If you are worried about overeating that type of food on this plan don't be. That is what a food scale and portioning are for! Just have common sense about it as well and don't treat these foods like a buffet.
