Frozen sweet bananas get blended with peanut butter and some milk to make a delicious snack or smoothie breakfast in the morning.

I love banana ice cream. If you've never tried that before you just cut up some bananas into chunks and freeze them for an hour, and then blend them in a food processor. Frozen bananas work great in smoothies as well like this peanut butter banana smoothie. Freezing bananas for this smoothie is a must because the frozen bananas produce a rich and thick delicious smoothie almost like a shake. If you don't want a peanut smoothie add some cocoa powder to make it a chocolate banana smoothie.

To figure out the WW points below I did the points for counting it as a blended drink and that is why it is 14. If you were to eat this with spoon in a smoothie bowl it would be 8.

How to Make a Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Slice ripe bananas into chunks and freeze them for 1 to 2 hours in plastic freezer bag. Or overnight.

Blend bananas in a blender until they're a smooth consistency. Add in all the rest of the ingredients and blend together until smooth. Enjoy.
