Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Slice ripe bananas into chunks and freeze them for 1 to 2 hours in a plastic freezer bag. Or overnight.
- Blend bananas in a blender until they're a smooth consistency.
- Add in all the rest of the ingredients and blend together until smooth. Enjoy.
