Pepperoni and mozzarella cheese sticks get wrapped in crescent roll dough and brushed with garlic butter. These are perfect for dipping in your favorite homemade marinara sauce. Kids will love these and they make a great appetizer for any occasion.
I first shared this recipe back in 2014. Since then air fryers have become really popular so I also included the instructions for air frying these pizza puffs. Hope you enjoy them!
What Ingredients do I need?
In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients' purpose is for.
Crescent Roll Dough - found in the refrigerator section at the grocery store
Cheesesticks - I used a park skim mozzarella cheese stick and cut them in half so they would fit.
Pepperoni - Turkey pepperoni slices or regular pepperoni slices
Garlic Butter - melted butter, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning blend and garlic

While rolls are cooking, combine the melted butter, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
