Pineapple and Ham Pizza

Pineapple and Ham Pizza is only 5 ingredients and it's a great way to use up any of that leftover ham lying around from Christmas or Easter dinner.

The Midwest is in a major Winter storm right now. When there's a storm outside all I want to do is stay inside, watch some good movies, and eat a pizza. The pizza delivery place was even closed so I decided to make my own. I ALWAYS have the ingredients for 2 ingredient dough on hand so I can make a personal pan pizza. There was leftover ham from Christmas, so I chopped the ham up into tiny pieces like they do at Happy Joe's Pizzeria. Topped it with some pineapple and popped that in the oven for 15 minutes at 350. This pizza only has 6 ingredients!

I went outside today and tried shoveling 4 inches of snow and said to "heck with this" and I called the first place someone recommended to me on Facebook for snow removal service. I'm not going to bend over and break my back just to shovel that stuff this year. Calling a snow removal service is probably going to be one the best decisions I've ever made this year. 🙂

Pineapple and Ham Pizza

Ham steaks are great for one or 2 people if you don't want to buy a whole entire ham. I've recently discovered them in the stores and they don't take up a lot of space in the freezer.
