Pizza can take the form of so many good recipes and you could have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Even dessert! So, I’m sharing this recipe for pizza cupcakes with you all. If you don’t like pepperoni pizza, add in your favorite pizza toppings.

I’ve also been going through a lot of my older recipes and making them more WW friendly.
Pizza Combos To Try:
Meat lovers - Candian bacon, pepperoni, sausage
Hawaiian - Canadian Bacon and pineapple
BBQ Chicken Pizza - bbq chicken use my recipe for Instant Pot BBQ Chicken), red onions, and bbq sauce
Breakfast Pizza Cupcakes - scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon.
Grocery List
Here is the basic rundown of what is needed for this dish. I’ve also included substitutes that can be used if you do not have any of these items.
Self-rising flour - After the 2 Ingredient dough recipe became popular this flour is now my go-to. I just love it because it already has baking soda in it and you don’t need to add a leavening agent.
Turkey Pepperoni - I used Momma Cozi’s brand from Aldi.
Cheese - Part Skim mozzarella cheese is what I used here.
Herbs - Italian seasoning and parsley flakes are great. If you like it spicy add some crushed red pepper flakes.

How is this a WW recipe?
On WW there is no food off-limits and everything is on the table. That is why I love this program so much. So, Let’s stop telling ourselves that we can’t eat certain foods. That’s not true. We can eat them, but sometimes we choose not to eat them.
How does Weight Watchers work?
Each recipe or food has a Smart Points value. This is calculated using calories, saturated fat, protein, and sugar. It is best to stay away from foods that are loaded with saturated fat and sugar on the plan because those foods are higher in points. When you register with Weight Watchers you are given a daily set of points to target based on your age, gender, height, and activity level. Think of it as an easier way to track your macros.

Mary says
These were so good! I made half of them pepperoni and black olives, and the other half sausage and black olives. I liked the sausage ones better, the flavor came through better. I tweaked it just a bit and put a layer of pizza sauce on the top of all of them, and I don't think I would have liked them very much without it. They would have been a bit dry. But they were super easy to make! I'll definitely be making them again. I ate mine with some ranch. 🙂
