If you're looking for a way to upgrade that Ramen noodle packet try this recipe for Ramen Noodles with Shrimp and Broccoli.
- 1 3 oz packet instant noodles
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Surkin Gold Brown Sugar Substitute
1/4 tsp fresh ground ginger
1/4 tsp fresh garlic
1 pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
3 oz of frozen broccoli
3 oz of Shrimp
- Mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar substitute, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Do not use spice seasoning packet. Drain.
- In a skillet add broccoli and shrimp and cook until through. The shrimp will turn a pink color when they are done. Pour in sauce and add noodles. Garnish with a pinch of crushed red pepper if you like the heat.
