  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. On a sheet pan, place the 2 packets of shrimp scampi packets and cut up vegetables. Bake in oven at 375 for 25 to 28 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp and vegetables are cooking boil some water and cook the orzo until al dente.
