No-Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Description

This lightened-up salted caramel ice cream is made without an ice cream maker and it only uses 3 easy ingredients. Even kids can make this ice cream. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 16 ounce container of fat free Cool Whip
  • 1 14 ounce of can of fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of homemade caramel or store bought.

Instructions

  1. Let the cool whip defrost.
  2. In a bowl combine the cool whip, sweetened condensed milk, and caramel sauce. Pour the ice cream mixture into a bread loaf pan covered in plastic wrap or wax paper.
  3. Store in freezer until the ice cream has set.
