On Saturday, I went to this restaurant in Fargo, ND called Pounds. You could literally pack on the pounds there if you spent all day at their build your own Blood Mary and Mimosa bar. They have homemade poutine and the serving size was enough for 4 people. If you've never had poutine before it's a base of fries with cheese curds and melted gravy on top. On top of poutine they have burgers, mac and cheese, vegetarian options, and really fun drinks.

This was the restaurant version. They had pulled pork on top of their fries.
My skinny version turned out so good that I think I might make this quite often from now on. I always like to have turkey from the deli to make sandwiches with and with the air fryer now you can get all this made in less than 10 minutes. While the fries were cooking up in the air fryer, I made the gravy. That was probably the most hardest part of this recipe to do. I just used one of those gravy packets where all you do is add water. When the fries get done pile those on a plate and spread the Laughing Cow cheese wedge all over it. You can cut one up in really tiny pieces to my surprise. This was the cheese curd part. Measure out 1 oz of deli turkey meat and spread that all out on the fries. I tore mine up and then poured the gravy on top and cooked it in the microwave for a bit so that the cheese would melt a bit. Poutine is best when the cheese becomes all melted and gooey inside the fries so that when you pull them apart you get that cheese pull. Yum. This was so good! You gotta to try it.
