S'mores lasagna is a layered dessert including your 3 favorite ingredients graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate. Ever heard of the dessert called chocolate lasagna? It's kind of similar to this.

S'mores Lasagna

Can you believe tomorrow is August already????? Mind blown!  This Summer is going by fast. I went to Michael's last week to get some craft supplies for my blog and saw that they already had Halloween decorations out! Gah! That makes me so stoked and excited for Fall. Bath and Body Works even had all their Fall scented candles out today and that was fun to smell. Bath and Body Works even has a candle out right now called Toasted S'mores. It smells so good!

Why You Will Love this Recipe

If you've seen that famous chocolate lasagna dessert floating around on Pinterest, this recipe is kind of like that.

The first layer is a mix of cream cheese, whipped topping, and marshmallow creme. On top of that layer is sheets of graham crackers and you top that off with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. All the 3 ingredients for S'mores, check.

You can use different size pans to make this or even make this into a pie if you wish. It kind of reminds me of an Icebox cake because the graham crackers become soft in the fridge after awhile.

Ingredients Needed

  • 7 graham cracker rectangles, broken into pieces
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed, divided
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 ¼ cups milk
  • ¾ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup tiny marshmallows

How to Make

  1. Crush graham cracker cookies in a food processor and gradually add in the melted butter. Press mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan to make the crust. Refrigerate crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk; mix well. Stir in 1 ¼ cup whipped topping. Spread mixture onto the crust and refrigerate.
  3. Mix pudding with 3 ¼ cups milk until thickened, about 5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate lasagna for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping over the lasagna and sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. (Can also sprinkle additional crushed graham crackers on top) Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. To get the marshmallows toasted you can use a kitchen blow torch.

Frequently Asked Questions and Tips

You can make different variations of this recipe by switching up the ingredients.

How to store leftovers: Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip lock, glass, plastic,  whatever!  Make sure to cover tightly in saran wrap or an air tight lid. Does not need to be place in the refrigerator.

This can be prepped the day ahead.
