Shrimp is a great choice for protein because they take no time to cook and they defrost quickly if they are left in water for only an hour. There are also so many different ways you can cook the shrimp and I even wrote out instructions for cooking them in an air fryer, stovetop, or outdoor grill. Shrimp are done when they are pink on the outside and opaque in the middle.

What can I make with this shrimp?
Street Tacos would be totally amazing with this recipe. I almost wish I would have picked up some of the ingredients to make tacos with, but I didn’t think of that until after writing this post.
Pick up some tortillas, cabbage slaw, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo then have your self a sophisticated Taco Tuesday night.
Or, you can just eat the shrimp as they are.
