strawberry yogurt ice pops

Make your own popsicles at home with a few simple ingredients like fresh fruit, yogurt, and honey for sweetness. For the kitchen equipment, you will need a blender/food processor, popsicle mold set, and popsicle sticks.

This Strawberry Yogurt Popsicle recipe was shared back in 2014 and I just updated the blog post with new pictures and info about the recipe. 5/3/21

Ingredients for Strawberry Yogurt Ice Pops

Yogurt - The best type of yogurt to use for WW is a non-fat plain Greek Yogurt. It is the lowest point option available. If you aren’t on a diet then get Organic Greek Yogurt that’s full fat. Stonyfield has been my favorite brand lately. The smaller containers of yogurt in the store are so full of sugar so just read the back of the ingredients list to find the lowest sugar yogurt available.

Strawberries - fresh or frozen (let the frozen berries defrost)

Honey - Is for sweetness. Substitute your favorite sugar substitute if you would like.

How to Make Strawberry Yogurt Pops

In a food processer/blender puree fruit, yogurt, and honey until smooth.

Pour the fruit and yogurt mixture into ice pop molds and place the stick in the middle. Freeze for up to 6 hours.

Serving Size: 1 popsicle
