Do you remember when Martha Stewart had her Everyday Food magazine? It was a tinier magazine but it was packed full of really good recipes. I like to sift through magazine recipes for inspiration or recipe ideas and this Spicy Sweet Glazed Shrimp was from her magazine back in 2012.
This marinade is so simple and only contains two ingredients. I like to cook these shrimp in the Summertime on the grill like the recipe states below and then brush the shrimp with the sauce. The sauce is a spicy-sweet combo made of honey and sriracha sauce which you probably already have in your pantry. Shrimp isn’t the only protein you could add this too. Try it on chicken or even tofu if you’re vegetarian. 🙂

Ingredients for Spicy Sweet Glazed Shrimp
Wondering why I used a certain ingredient in this recipe or looking for a substitute? Check this section out.
Honey - Agave is a great substitute for honey for those people who are following the WW program. It doesn't bring the points down by much but it helps to lower the points.
Sriracha - Asian chili sauce would work for this recipe or any type of spicy hot sauce, in general.
Shrimp - Don’t like shrimp? Try some cubed chicken, add some of your favorite vegetables to the skewer as well. Pineapples and bell peppers would be a great addition to these shrimp kabobs.
Skewers - Stick the shrimp on a skewer to make them easier to turn on the grill.
Don’t want to grill? This shrimp can be cooked in a skillet on the stove.

How do you figure out points for recipes?
The recipe builder app from WW is what I use to figure out points for all my recipes. You have to pay the monthly fee in order to use it.
Why am I still getting different points from what you have listed?
This could be quite a number of reasons and here are a few that I have come across.
Number of servings
Low-Fat vs Fat-Free ingredients
Zero Point foods are different for all 3 plans
Using the nutrition info calculator instead of the recipe builder
